TPAs must integrate systems with payer and provider networks to support electronic claim submissions.
Dubai Health Authority (DHA):
Uses eClaimLink platform for claim submission, policy and member validation.
Requires insurers/TPAs to upload insurance policy data to the ISAHD system for monitoring universal health coverage.
Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (MOHRE):
Links work permit/visa issuance to proof of valid health insurance for employees.
Visa processing cannot proceed without insurance policy activation on file.
General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) and Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP)
Real-time policy issuance data feed to regulatory portals is mandatory.
Standardized data formats (XML schemas) are enforced by DHA/DOH for claims and policy data.
Regular audits and compliance checks are carried out by health authorities.
